I rated you guys as high as you'd let me and it all comes down to Cierra. She was a rockstar and all credit should go to her for earning this project. I narrowed down to your company from a list of about 30 to start with. It was a mix of reputation, pricing and communication that got you into the top 5. But Cierra put you over the top and earned my business. I say she is the star of all of this as I can't believe how patient she was with me over the last few months in all the back and forth emails. I'm building a brand and the quality was a major concern of mine. As I'm currently situated in Asia, I couldn't get my hands on any of the items and so that left me nervous. And my apparel is limited edition, so getting everything to the price I need it to be was paramount as well. I was new to ordering for my church. I reached out and talked to Joey for a few weeks before finalizing my design. He worked so hard and asked all my questions big or small. He never made me feel like I was asking too much. He was so patient and kind through the whole process. He worked above and beyond to get my order the way I wanted to that I was happy with. I had 2 prior orders with you guys dating back a few years, the first of which was done on a friend's recommendation. The first order went really well and I was extremely happy with the end product. The second order I was not so happy with how light the graphic turned out and faded even more on washing. These were shirts worn by me and my employees at a retail food store. I had been planning to use a competitor for my next order of work shirts, but on a whim, I just reached out through your website to ask if there would have been a reason for how different my 2 orders turned out. A short time later, Cierra Hernandez replied and we had quite a bit back and forth. Honestly I wasn't entirely sold on the explanation why my 2 orders turned out so different, but I was very much sold on her responsiveness and willingness to make sure my next order went smoothly. As a result of Cierra, and just feeling comfortable and confident with her, I made an order of work shirts, and then even did an entirely different shirt that I intend to sell in my shop. I'm looking forward to receiving my now 3rd order from you guys!

Where to begin... I submitted my order to 7 different shops around the Orlando area. 3 never responded, 1 responded too late, 1 responded with my order wrong, 1 was okay, then there was Real Thread! The team there exemplifies customer service from both product, care, speed, accuracy, and pricing. I utilized the online chat on the website, the Facebook chat, and help through Rob via email. Each time with great customer service and quick response time. Then when it came time to design my shirt - the website was easy and quick to use. I would say where Real Thread really stands out is the proof and revision interface. I loved that I got a text (I can miss emails - but never a text). The proofing tool was very clear - what size the graphics were, where they were placed, what color and type of ink. Submitting a revision was also a breeze. I could go on! It was really a great experience and know exactly where I’m going to submit my next order - no need to waste my time submitting to the other 6 I recently tried.
