My account managers have been great in responding and working with me to meet my order needs. However on my most recent order I was trying to change the quantity and there were no options to do so. I emailed my account manager and it seem like I needed to provide them with the quantities rather than being able to adjust the order myself. This resulted in a delay in completing the order and ultimately me settling to order a quantity not desired just so I could get them.

Overall, experience was great! Cierra was SUPER quick about everything. We had a few miscommunications along the way but they were addressed. I would have liked more explanation though about the way things were done/ why they were done that way. We ended up having to split orders, which increased the cost a bit, especially shipping. Which I don't quite understand why the cost would differ from the original proof. I was getting down to the wire in terms of arrival date so I didn't push for an explanation.

The previous Account Manager I worked with (Tiff Kits) was exceptional! She worked with me when I had unique needs, anticipated my questions and concerns, was quick in her responsiveness, and I always knew she had my back. It may be that Cierra just started and she is learning (which I understand), but we had lots of back and forth, miscommunication, forgetting details, giving wrong information or giving me critical information after the fact. She might just need some coaching.

Things were great! I was hoping to be able to get shirts for an event, even just part of our order, but the only way seemed to be at a cost of an additional $300. I couldn't justify that (we're a not-for-profit). I thought I ordered with enough lead time (my local vendor is usually able to come through with 2 weeks notice). So, you'll be my choice when I'm able to plan 3 or more weeks in advance!

I feel like there should be an option between "so-so" and "very good" - which is definitely not a knock at you. The bar was set very high with Kim previously, and getting that level of attention was awesome. Im not unhappy - she was just mostly a lot quicker with simple questions and responses. I guess if I had to pick from these options it would be very good for you. I also understand you're running an entire business over there. Like I said, not unhappy and Im not sure theres really anything you could do except bring Kim back :)
